We will leave you a seat box, elasticated whip, net and the basic tackle/equipment you will need to fish. Life jackets and sunglasses for eye protection are available on request. These must be returned in good condition to the designated drop off.
 
We will also supply bait and a how to guide on how to set everything up. Please note this service requires 48 hours notice.

We take your health and safety seriously & have an excellent record. We would like to keep it that way through your cooperation and agreement.
 
By purchasing this product you agree to act in a sensible and responsible manner on site and in compliance with all notices, instructions and directions given to you by management.
 
To use our fishing lodge facility, participants agree that they are of a reasonable level of fitness and agility. It is participants responsibility to ensure that they are free from any injury, medical condition, disease, allergy or illness which may be aggravated by participating and/or make it dangerous for them to be on site.
 
OTSOE does not accept any liability for injuries incurred as a result of using equipment on loan or sold to customers.
 
There are risks in fishing including but are not limited to those below:
 
Risk of slips, trips & falls
Anyone on site may fall, slip or trip on car parks, tracks leading to fishing areas, platforms, jetties and/or surrounding pathways and areas resulting in sprains, strains, breaks, head injuries, water inhalation, cuts, bruises, other more serious injuries such as drowning, secondary drowning and/or even death.
 
Risk of injury to the body
Customers may incur injuries to skin, eyes & face caused by hooks, float stems, plants, cartilage from fins and gill covers of fish, weights and/or tips of fishing rods. Some fishing rods also contain elastic which can recoil at speed.
 
Risk of poisoning, infection and/or injury sustained in and around water.
These include toxic Algae, Amoebas, Bacteria such as Leptospirosis (Weils disease) Insects such as wasps, bees, mosquitos, midges, spiders, ants, ticks, rats & birds.
 
 
By purchasing this product you expressly agree to accept and assume all the risks associated with this activity and heed the requirements above. You acknowledge that you are entering our site entirely at your own risk and you will not hold Off The Scale Outdoor Education responsible or liable for any injury or illness sustained whilst taking part, unless they are caused by negligence. Furthermore, you will indemnify the event organisers from consequences or effect of any action or litigation made by other third parties involved in these activities against OTSOE resulting from a Participant not adhering to this agreement.
